No one wants to do leg day, but maybe this will give you some motivation to not skip it this week.

Here’s 15 year-old Patricia Ballesteros, a cheerleader at Desert Ridge High School in Arizona, squatting 300 pounds like it’s no big deal at all. She’s part of a cheer team that has been crowned state champions the past two years, which I guess shouldn’t come as a surprise if cheerleaders on that squad are making squatting 300 pounds look as easy as eating pizza while doing crunches.
