Unless you are a very, very dumb person, you should not ask Ronda Rousey, the current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, to body slam you. While that should go without saying, here is an example of what will happen to you if you make this request. (Fast forward to around the 2:50 since the interview is a snoozer.)
In case you didn’t notice, that video was from 2011. Rousey has only gotten better. Don’t ask her to body slam you.
