It takes a lot of courage to get on stage and perform in front of people regardless of how big the crowd is. And, as we all know, the reason for that is because in the back of your mind you always know (and kind of expect) that it could all go terribly wrong. Even though it rarely goes as bad as you imagine it will, the thought is still always there hanging around.
That’s because on some rare occasions it does go that bad. Just look at this poor band of middle schoolers, for example. These unlucky kids barely even get into the words of Weezer’s “Undone” before everything comes … well … you know.
In some ways, the audience applauding almost makes it worse.
