It seems like you can’t talk about football without talking about head injuries these days. There just doesn’t seem to be a great solution for a problem that is becoming exacerbated by players who are faster and stronger than ever before.
However, as our viral video of the week shows, football has been trying to find a solution for head injuries since its early days. Back in 1932, an inventor believed he had solved the issue with the invention of a helmet. As you will see, he’s willing to go to ridiculous lengths to prove his point.
