I unabashedly love local news. And I’m not afraid to say it. It is the absolute best.
OK, as a source of actual news, it can do better. There are things it needs to work on. But I dare you to find me a better source of endless Freudian slips, epic fails, and awesome interviews. In its own weird and wonderful way, local news is as close to perfect as I could ever hope something would be.
Take this video, for instance. I’d explain it to you but that would just ruin this masterpiece. I will say that it starts off slow but stick with it. Really take time to soak it all in.
Don’t ever change, local news. Please, don’t ever change.
