Monday’s Viral Video: Florida Gators Coach Will Muschamp on the Relationship Between Concussions and Woodpeckers

The Florida Gators football program has been getting a ton of bad publicity recently from some of its most famous alumni. You all know about the Aaron Hernandez case and have probably heard by now about Riley Cooper’s recent racist remarks. Clearly, the program could use a little comic relief before the season starts.

Thank the football gods then, that the Gators have Will Muschamp as their coach. Although you probably associate Muschamp more with extremely intense stares than you do with comedy, he has been known to crack some jokes every now and then (even if he might not actually mean to do so). Remember the whole Padawan bit he pulled with a reporter about a year ago? Well, he’s back at it, only this time he’s discussing woodpeckers and concussions. Just watch the video, it’ll make sense … kind of.
